Something I did today.
I am a bit afraid to ink it.

recent happenings

I'm hard at work on my cardigan, which is in the most mustard-y yellow I found at National. It's 10 pesos a roll, so I can only buy 2 at a time, since I am broke, and it's killing me! I hate stopping in the middle of something. I can't wait to go to the mall and buy more. I sketched a LOT this week. I'm easing back into it. Haven't drawn in ages.
This is a scene from Say Anything. Listening to music in the attic:
And taking silly pictures. That's a necklace I made, by the way.
And Ina's genius idea to scan my drawing and print it out on book pages.

:)

monsters

Remember this guy? I made him for Ina a while back. Anyway, he now has a friend:

Aren't they adorable? The green one's my going-away gift for Miguel. *sniff*

I stuck him in a nano case, just for fun.
Wish it was my case, but no... I got it from our neighbor. I thought it would come in handy.

So cute and green!

I don't know if I'm going to sell these.

I mean, make them to sell. These particular ones are taken. Hehe.

recipes and projects

Ina's been busy, ya'll. She made some recipe cards! Scanned and printed on..umm..nice paper. :)
A close up of those adorable little kitchen utensils.

For sale now!

love is the movement

A bag I made last month. Well, a bag I designed. I think the actual bag was sewn by my mom, some 5 years ago.

I'm so sorry, you guys. A BIG thank you to everyone who liked it, but it isn't for sale. At least, not with the letters arranged like that. I researched and found out that the design belongs to To Write Love On Her Arms, and they have it on hoodies and shirts and things. So I can't sell it. BUT... I can write something else, whatever you want. Completely customized.

Yay.

pears and whales and cherries

I've been crocheting recently, as you can see.

This is a cherry necklace. I love wearable fruit. And.. it's only 80 pesos! At least, that's my approximation of what the cost should be. It's pretty hard, crocheting so small. But please tell me your "price thoughts"! I'd love to hear them. I may change the string to chain. I don't know. But personally, I like the red string.
A pear! So adorable. Num num num.
Also a whale. Which Ina wants to hang from a mobile along with other different colored whales. A close up of my cherries..

So there.

My crocheting soundtrack:

All Time Low: Dear Maria
We The Kings: Check Yes Juliet
Katy Perry: I Kissed A Girl
Miley Cyrus: 7 Things
McFly: One For The Radio
Melee: Built To Last

It's kind of a weird mix, looking at it now.

teddy bears

Here's my very first teddy bear attempt ever. I think he looks good, don't you think? Of course, the furry fabric hid all my messy stitching and seam closing bits.
But still. He is adorable, and so fuzzily huggable, too! I love 'im.

Here are some things I made a while back, but forgot to post.
This is Peanut. Is he not adorable? This is Peanut with his friend. They are chillin'.
In teacups. Empty teacups.

This is a business card holder I made for my watercolor teacher.

It's so owly.
And here are some bookplates. They fit perfectly in the holder, but it sort of doesn't make sense to bring bookplates around with you.
And this is my desk (before I fixed it). I'd put an 'after' picture, but when it's clean, it is boring.

Messy is more fun.
